3CX - Telephone Preference Service not functioning
Resolved - A fix to the TPS function was released EOD yesterday by our supplier and we've confirmed it to function correctly this morning.

FYI whilst we were configuring the system this morning a number of calls were dropped between 0930-1000 for all users but we've since resolved the config error and can see calls being made across the charity now.

We'll move to resolve this incident, thanks for your patience as we worked this through with our supplier!

Monitoring - The TPS system is still not functioning and we've taken the decision to remove the TPS rule on our phone lines. Marketing teams are aware to only call people we have a specific confirmed phone marketing preference.

Do note that no cold calling is permitted at this time!

We are in contact with our supplier to resolve the TPS issue and will reinstate it once it is functioning.

Investigating - ISSUE: We are currently experiencing issues with TPS and are investigating.
IMPACT: If your team requires TPS to make calls you currently won't be able to make outbound calls. Any other type of call or internal call is not affected.
